Our F&B specialist Tibo Guincet is a Mixologist and hospitality consultant with an experience of 20 years. He started his career
in Paris and went on to work in 4 different countries.
He perfected his craft by working closely in different aspect of this sector from high-end hotels to molecular cocktail bars, concerts rooms and restaurants.
After arriving in Saigon 7 years ago, he co-founded Piu-Piu and successfully managed, trained and improved iconic venues in the city, such as The Deck or Banana Mama. He is reputed for his liquid artwork, organisation and problem solving skills.
Our Marketing Specialist, Lee Lam, has been working in the Asian F&B market for over 15 years. In 2009 he launched City Moments Agency in Shanghai, which quickly became one of the leading F&B marketing and events agency in China for high-end venues, and worked with major F&B brands such as Pernod-Ricard and Heineken.
After arriving in Saigon 7 years ago, he co-founded Piu Piu as marketing director and carried on to develop and improve the marketing of several other companies, such as local alcohol brands and artist booking agencies. He has been successful by applying his knowledge of the local market to connect organically any type of brands to their specific target audience
